That is it..."true love sees the soul". <br /><br />That is it! <br /> <br />As parents, we see/feel our children's soul. I think as mother's we often feel it more, maybe because we carried our children within us. When your child has Ds, I think you feel that soul even more, maybe it is more evident because other things don't get in the way. We aren't distracted as early with the walking, talking, etc. While we may miss these things, we see that even though they are missing. There is so much there.
